you have an idea for a custom bicycle frame we can help turn ideas
into a truley one of a kind bicycle. At Royal Cycles we offer custom
steel frames utilizing tig welding and brazing along with the finest
steel tube sets availible. Right now we have a Single speed MTB, BMX,
and a 700c City frame (SS/geared) is on deck. This is a new project
that continues to grow with a new painting booth recently finished
and new lathe. Over the past couple years, Matt Penney of Penney
Cycles has developed a great frame building
jig and has collected the knowlege and tools to build a nice, straight
steel frame. Thanks to Matt, Royal Cycles owner Jason Carpenter is
designing, machining, welding, and painting custom frames with Penney
Cycles right here in Burlington,VT. Artistic projects including welding
bicycle parts and other ideas are always welcome. |
